Thankfully, this has not happened YET…but if we allow anyone to unlawfully prohibit a person or a group’s unalienable right to assemble, our actions have become more Constitutionally destructive than the offensive nature of the petitioners’ speech. If we allow our “feelings” to supersede facts, then it’s a short distance to the banning of Christians assembling for any reason or no reason! If you think this is an extreme view, let me ask you…have you ever thought our country would be in this current chaotic cultural clash?
The First Amendment case law is settled, we are a rule-of-law country, grow up and follow the law!
