Senior officials in Washington say that the White House is planning to oust Rex Tillerson as secretary of state and replace him with CIA Director Mike Pompeo in the coming weeks. The candidate for taking over the CIA is Senator Tom Cotton, a Republican from Arkansas, who reportedly sees eye to eye with Trump on national security issues.
