Israel Honors US Navy SEAL Aaron Vaughn

Understanding the Threat (UTT) team members John Guandolo and Peggy Mast were present as the nation of Israel today – May 31, 2019 – honored US Navy SEAL Aaron Carson Vaughn and 29 other American warriors killed on August 6, 2011, when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan.

Israel honored these Americans by dedicating a tree along the banks of the Jordan River.

Dr Ron Wexler, a combat veteran in the Israeli Defense Force, and US Navy Captain James Fontana (retired) spoke at the event, as did Aaron’s parents Billy and Karen Vaughn. What came across clearly was Aaron Vaughn’s love of country, dedication to the truth, understanding of good and evil, and his unwavering love for God.

In this video, UTT hopes to honor the memory and life of Aaron and all of those who perished that fateful day when Extortion 17 was shot down in Afghanistan.
