Pulling “three or four bodies out” of the Rio Grande in one day is not unheard-of for Harish Garcia or his colleagues at the Eagle Pass fire station near the border of Mexico, he says.
Garcia, a firefighter and EMT, told The Daily Signal during a recent interview that “Regardless of how we feel or what we think, it’s a job that needs to get done and it needs to get done efficiently.”
