HARVARD VS THE US GOVERNMENT

I wish I could say I am surprised to hear Harvard graduate lawyers,  now speaking for Harvard,  claiming that it is unconstitutional for the Federal Government to enforce the law when it comes to Harvard.

Perhaps that says a lot about the education in Harvard Law School that allows Harvard trained lawyers to so misuse and misunderstand what the Law is.

Harvard is a Private Organization with a multi-billion dollar endowment fund.  Harvard is a Tax exempt Organization.

Under Federal Law,  a Tax Exempt Educational organization has no right to Federal Funds Grants.  Note the term “GRANT”. that means money the Federal Government chooses to give or not give.  Getting a Grant is not a Constitutional Right.   If it were, were is mine?   So,  point one,  Harvard Lawyers are wrong

Under Federal law, tax exempt status requires that the institution receiving such a privilege,  be non-partisan, non-political.   Of course Harvard has First Amendment rights of free expression, but it has no right to the privilege of tax-exempt status.   Point Two, Harvard Lawyers are wrong.

Under Federal Law,  Institutions of Higher Education must not discriminate for or against students or hiring on the basis of religion, gender, national origin or race,   That means that there is a responsibility to provide equal access and protection.    Harvard refuses,  claiming that complying with the law limits their right of free speech.   Sounds a bit strange to me.  Is it now freedom at Harvard to persecute Jewish students,  to prevent Jewish students from going to classes?  Would it be Freedom of speech to segregate Black students next and prevent them from going to classes?   I bet they would not dare to do that.    Another error by Harvard trained layers.

So,  tell me.  Is legal education at Harvard so bad.

Or are these lawyers just twisting things to excuse antisemitism and partisan politics,  just as many lawyers did in the 1930’s in Nazi Germany to justify the regimes policies.

I am particularly sensitive to this because my father-in-law in Italy was thrown out of the University of Firenze in 1938 because he was Jewish, by lawyers that supported Mussolini’s Race Law, and what did they tell him?  That it was for his own safety.
